How much taller is the Eiffel Tower than the Saturn V rocket?
The Eiffel Tower measures 330 m (1,083 ft) from the ground up, and the Saturn V rocket measures 110.6 m (362.9 ft) from the ground up. The Saturn V rocket would have to grow by 198% to match the Eiffel Tower, which is 2.98 times its height. Take 2 Saturn V rockets stacked up and you reach 221.2 m (725.7 ft), still 108.8 m (357 ft) short of the Eiffel Tower; one more would overshoot by 1.8 m (5.91 ft). The Eiffel Tower and the Saturn V rocket are both written in hundreds of metres, so the 2.98-to-one gap has to be read off the digits rather than off the unit.

Why this one is hard to judge by eye
The Eiffel Tower is drawn about 8.95 times as wide as the Saturn V rocket as well as 2.98 times its height, so the area it takes in the frame grows faster than the figure anyone quotes. Nothing this size arrives at the eye whole: the Eiffel Tower reaches you as a small angle from wherever you can stand back far enough to see it, and the brain fills the rest in from what it expects, which is how 219.4 m of difference goes unnoticed. On the drawing above the Eiffel Tower is about 2.46 times as tall as it is wide and the Saturn V rocket about 7.38 times as tall as it is wide, so the two outlines fill the frame in ways that have nothing to do with the one axis being compared.
What each figure covers
Eiffel Tower. The 330 m includes the antennas at the top, which have been changed several times. The iron structure alone stops about twelve metres lower, and the tower grows a little in summer heat.
Saturn V Rocket. The 110.6 m is the full stack on the pad, three stages and the escape tower. Only the small capsule at the very top ever came back.
The Eiffel Tower and the Saturn V rocket are both quoted as a height, which is what makes the ratio above a like-for-like figure.
