Is Godzilla really taller than the International Space Station?
Godzilla measures 119.8 m (393 ft) from the ground up, and the International Space Station measures 109 m (357.6 ft) across the solar arrays. That puts Godzilla at 1.10 times the measured size of the International Space Station: 10.8 m (35.4 ft) of difference, 10%. The two are not judged on the same axis: Godzilla is quoted as a height and the International Space Station as a width, so the honest statement is one figure against the other, 91% of it, and not one outline against another. Godzilla and the International Space Station are both written in hundreds of metres, and the 10% between them is the whole of the difference.

Why this one is hard to judge by eye
Godzilla has never been measured, only stated: the figure comes from its source and moves when the source is redrawn, while the International Space Station can be checked with a tape, so this pair sets a decision against a measurement. Nothing this size arrives at the eye whole: Godzilla reaches you as a small angle from wherever you can stand back far enough to see it, and the brain fills the rest in from what it expects, which is how 10.8 m of difference goes unnoticed. A gap of 10% is invisible without a shared baseline: on the ground line above, the International Space Station stops 10.8 m (35.4 ft) short of Godzilla.
What each figure covers
Godzilla. The height is the 2021 film design. The character has been redrawn at almost every size from fifty metres upward since 1954, so a figure only means something with a film attached to it.
International Space Station. The 109 m is across the solar arrays, the widest part. The pressurised modules people actually live in run about seventy metres, and nothing on board is that long inside.
Godzilla is quoted as a height and the International Space Station as a width: two conventions, so the ratio compares the two numbers rather than the two objects.
What else is about that size?
Measured the same way, Godzilla at 119.8 m sits within a tenth of Saturn V Rocket at 110.6 m and Victoria Falls at 108 m. Swapping any of those in for Godzilla would move its ratio to the International Space Station by less than 10%.
