How big is the Wall compared to Orthanc?
The Wall measures 213.4 m (700 ft) from the ground up, and Orthanc measures 164.6 m (540 ft) from the ground up. That puts the Wall at 1.30 times the height of Orthanc: 48.8 m (160 ft) of difference, 30%. Put the other way round, Orthanc covers 77% of the Wall on the axis both are judged on. The Wall and Orthanc are both written in hundreds of metres, and the 30% between them is the whole of the difference.

Why this one is hard to judge by eye
The Wall is drawn about 3.27 times as wide as Orthanc as well as 1.30 times its height, so the area it takes in the frame grows faster than the figure anyone quotes. Nothing this size arrives at the eye whole: the Wall reaches you as a small angle from wherever you can stand back far enough to see it, and the brain fills the rest in from what it expects, which is how 48.8 m of difference goes unnoticed. On the drawing above the Wall is about 1.42 times as tall as it is wide and Orthanc about 3.59 times as tall as it is wide, so the two outlines fill the frame in ways that have nothing to do with the one axis being compared.
What each figure covers
The Wall. The source states seven hundred feet of ice, within a few metres of the height of the Hoover Dam. It runs three hundred miles, a dimension no drawing can show.
Orthanc. Tolkien wrote five hundred feet himself, which makes this one of very few invented structures in this set carrying a figure from the author rather than from a designer.
The Wall and Orthanc are both quoted as a height, which is what makes the ratio above a like-for-like figure.
What else is about that size?
Measured the same way, The Wall at 213.4 m sits within two fifths of Statue of Unity at 240 m and Great Pyramid of Giza at 138.5 m. Orthanc at 164.6 m has Great Pyramid of Giza at 138.5 m, Godzilla at 119.8 m and Saturn V Rocket at 110.6 m for company, within two fifths. Swapping any of those in for the Wall would move its ratio to Orthanc by less than 40%.
